Bordo is an Italian deli located in Marfa, TX. On premises we produce stone-milled heirloom flours, fresh pastas, seasonal gelato, and sandwiches from wood-fired bread.

Imported are fine olive oils, herbs, spices, conservas, charcuterie and specialty cheeses.

We serve lunch Friday-Monday, 11am to 3pm. While supplies last.
